No rinse body cleansing foam is designed to quickly clean the skin of sweat and minor impurities, but it won’t replace a thorough shower. I’ve been using it to freshen up after particularly intense cardio reps [around 180+ bpm] when my body is hot and sweaty. Sometimes when sweat dries during a workout my skin starts to itch, but this foam eliminated that problem.
