Of all the recovery gels over the years this one is the best!!! I used this product the same day I got it after I got home from my yoga class. I was more than pleasantly surprised how well it worked!! I would highly recommend this product!

Muscle Recovery Gel
I wish I could bathe in muscle recovery gel! I lift weights, practice yoga as well as martial arts which causes plenty of aches and pains. This is my absolute favorite way to tend to my sore muscles. I even use it before yoga class for the ultimate soothing sensation. So good!
